BARBELLS & BULLSHIIISH
We are turning Barbells and Mimosas Bootcamp into a weekday training program.
This is a large group, High Intensity, weight training class that gives you a little bit of everything. Deadlifts, Squats, Cleans, Rows, Cardio, Core…. I mean everything from Heavy Weightlifting to Cardio to stretching. If you are looking to Tone, Lose body fat, be challenged and be pushed to your limits every single workout, then this is the he plan for you.
Training time slots are 5a-6:15a….. 6p-7:15p….. agree on morning or evening and stay in that slot (communicate with trainers if you need to make any adjustments)
IG Accountability Group Chat.. we will discuss diet options, post videos and content from class. Motivate and support eachother.
General level Strict Diet Plan (All substitutes and adjustments to diet are client responsibility). Morning will have one and evening will have one. This is a BASELINE diet to follow as a template
