This is a 30 Day High Intensity based plan that is designed to kick start your health journey using minimal equipment and high energy exercises! This plan comes with full video examples of how to perform each exercise and it’s only a 30min workout. Plan consists of 3 weight training workouts , 2 Cardio/ Body Weight based training workouts, 2 Rest days, Per week for approximately 4 weeks. ALL PLANS HAVE A 30 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY. Failure to give 30 day notice will result in a loss of payment (if your payment has already been drafted).
