This is a 30 Day High Intensity based plan that is designed to kick start your health journey using minimal equipment and high energy exercises! This plan comes with full video examples of how to perform each exercise and it’s only a 30min workout. Plan consists of 3 weight training workouts , 2 Cardio/ Body Weight based training workouts, 2 Rest days, Per week for approximately 4 weeks. ALL PLANS HAVE A 30 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY. Un-tamed is a full online DIY (Do it yourself) training program designed for remote clients across the world who have busy schedules and need more flexibility in their workout times. You get to log into our App and complete your workout each day at your own convenience. Doesn’t matter if you’re looking to bulk or you’re looking to shred and lean out, your plan is customized to your goals. This is a 6week subscription which means payments are automatically drafted every 6 weeks. 30 day notice is required to cancel package in order to assure Bank does not pull any funds out of client account. Semi- private training is for IN PERSON clients. This is a more private training option than large group. Their will be other clients in the gym at the same training time slot as you, but you all will be doing completely different training regimens, completely different diets and different fitness levels. It just so happens that all of you have the same work schedule and availability so you had to be in the building at the same time.

We are turning Barbells and Mimosas Bootcamp into a weekday training program. This is a large group, High Intensity, weight training class that gives you a little bit of everything. Deadlifts, Squats, Cleans, Rows, Cardio, Core…. I mean everything from Heavy Weightlifting to Cardio to stretching. If you are looking to Tone, Lose body fat, be challenged and be pushed to your limits every single workout, then this is the he plan for you.
Training time slots are 5a-6:15a….. 6p-7:15p….. agree on morning or evening and stay in that slot (communicate with trainers if you need to make any adjustments)
