BARBELLS & BULLSHIIISH

We are turning Barbells and Mimosas Bootcamp into a weekday training program. This is a large group, High Intensity, weight training class that gives you a little bit of everything. Deadlifts, Squats, Cleans, Rows, Cardio, Core…. I mean everything from Heavy Weightlifting to Cardio to stretching. If you are looking to Tone, Lose body fat, be challenged and be pushed to your limits every single workout, then this is the he plan for you.

Plan Includes

  • Training time slots are 5a-6:15a….. 6p-7:15p….. agree on morning or evening and stay in that slot (communicate with trainers if you need to make any adjustments)

  • IG Accountability Group Chat.. we will discuss diet options, post videos and content from class. Motivate and support eachother.

  • General level Strict Diet Plan (All substitutes and adjustments to diet are client responsibility). Morning will have one and evening will have one. This is a BASELINE diet to follow as a template

How it works

  • 30 Day Cancellation policy … you must give notice that you want to cancel 30 days BEFORE your next payment is due. This allows the system to process the request and stop your next payment. If you don’t give 30 day Notice your payment will come out as scheduled. NO REFUNDS
  • Download the app…then complete the full questionnaire…. Then upload your current pictures (please wear two piece swimsuit or something similar)
  • Purchase the plan….then contact the trainer that you signed up under so you can speak with them about what time slot you will be committing to.
